Verstappen remains realistic: ''In principle, we're still too short''

Max Verstappen has his first victory in 2020 in his pocket. After the Grand Prix Verstappen spoke to Ziggo Sport's camera. The Dutchman could still be seen with a big smile!

"Yeah, this one's not expected at all. Super result. Really unbelievable and very happy," said Verstappen to Jack Plooij. "Last week nobody wanted to start on the red one, so why would you want to do that this weekend. I thought it was a very logical choice, but I think it's the right choice for the race."

Verstappen enjoy the tyres

"Start was very good, very happy with it. So I could drive my own laps and put pressure on the Mercedes. When they pitted, I was able to drive even faster. Everything was just under control.

"We had a good balance in this car, had to drive softly to keep them (the tyres) whole. We have to enjoy today and then we go to Barcelona. In principle we're still far too short," the driver of Red Bull Racing concludes.
