LIVE: Qualifying at the Styrian Grand Prix

It's time for the second qualifying session of the 2020 season. Because of the heavy rainfall in the morning at the Red Bull Ring, it will be a wet qualifying session, which will equalise the grid with the session becoming more about driving skill rather than equipment. Qualifying is due to start at 14:00 UK time.

On a dry track Verstappen still clearly lags behind Mercedes, but due to the large amount of rain on the circuit in Spielberg Verstappen might be able to cope with the circumstances after topping the timesheet in FP2. There will most likely be surprises, with the wet conditions.

For Ferrari, the rain could play to their advantage. The Italian team appeared to be behind on the straights and because of the rain the engine has less influence on the performance of the car. Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc will, therefore, hope for a better result.
