Fans have a choice in 2020: MotoGP and Formula 1 overlap more often than ever

If you're a big fan of both Formula 1 and Moto GP, then you've got some busy weekends during the 2020 Formula 1 season. The two sports overlap each other more often this year, with ten weekends where there is a clash.

Formula 1 will hit a new record when they criss-cross the globe 22 times for the first time ever. There will be 20 races in the Moto GP season. Formula 1 and the MotoGP clashed only six times in 2019 and that was also the case in 2018.

Even in March, when the season is less than one month old, there's already a clash. The F1 Grand Prix of Bahrain will be on the same weekend as the Moto GP Grand Prix of Thailand. Formula 1's return to Zandvoort will clash with the Spanish Grand Prix. The full list of clashes is below

Clashes between F1 and Moto GP

March 19 - F1 Bahrain, Moto GP Thailand

April 5 - F1 China, Moto GP Argentina

May 3 - F1 Netherlands, Moto GP Spain

7 June - F1 Azerbaijan Moto GP Catalunya

25 June - F1 France, Moto GP Netherlands

August 30 - F1 Belgium, Moto GP British

October 25 - F1, America, Moto GP Australia

November 1 - F1 Mexico, Moto GP Malaysia
