Lewis Hamilton: "They are not going to change anything until someone crashes"

The final moments of Q3 have caused some controversy and Lewis Hamilton believes that what happened was wrong but the rules won't change until someone crashes.
"If everyone goes out so late, this will remain an issue," he told Motorsport.com. “This is especially the case on circuits where you need a slipstream. They are not going to change anything until someone crashes."
This doesn't happen at every circuit because you only need a slipstream on the fast, straight tracks.
“It is very much related to circuit characteristics - sometimes you just want a slipstream, and in other cases, a hole with your vehicle in front is more important," Hamilton said. "I have always thought that different solutions are possible on different circuits, but it is very unlikely that this will happen."
It will be interesting to see if the FIA takes any action or if incidents like this will become more common in Formula 1.
