Verstappen and Russell next to each other on GPDA photo!

Max Verstappen and George Russell haven't been on the best of terms since qualifying in Qatar last Saturday. Over the last seven days, both have declared they have lost respect for one another. For the photo of the class of '24 by the GPDA, the two drivers sat next to each other however.

The comment section was left astonished after they could see Verstappen and Russell right next to each other, given the 'war of words' that began in Qatar and carried over to Abu Dhabi. At the drivers' dinner paid by Valtteri Bottas, the two rivals sat far apart, but on this new photo we do see the drivers of Red Bull Racing and Mercedes, respectively, side by side.

Russell is the president of the GPDA, the drivers' union. The drivers work together there to help their common interests.
