Charles Leclerc has already beaten Sebastian Vettel's benchmark time from yesterday, while Lance Stroll has also impressed on his Force India debut. Artem Markelov and Louis Deletraz have impressed Renault and Haas respectively. There are roughly two hours left.

The only red flag of the day so far came when Giovinazzi stopped his Sauber at the exit of the tunnel.
