Pierre Gasly is a big fan of Moto3, Moto2 and MotoGP, as the Frenchman explains that it's racing at its purest, and that it's very unpredictable which makes it more exciting to watch.

When talking to SpeedWeek, Gasly immediately conceded that he feels "more comfortable on four wheels", but he does love to watch the likes of Marc Márquez and Valentino Rossi go at it. He also explained that the Formula One could maybe adapt the rules of the MotoGP, where touches between bikes are allowed and not immediately penalized.

"There are always touches there," he explained.

"That's one of the reasons why fans watch the races.

"They drive at the limit, and if Valentino Rossi and Marc Márquez fight side by side, the fans are thrilled."

It should be noted that Gasly got a penalty at Silverstone earlier this year, which eventually cost him a points finish, so there could be a bit of bitterness there.

Back to his love for bike racing, Gasly revealed that he of course roots for his fellow countrymen when watching either Moto3, Moto2 or MotoGP.

"I always kept my fingers crossed for Mike Di Meglio, and now it's Johann Zarco and of course I'm also thrilled by heroes like Rossi and Márquez.

"That's racing as I love it.

"The races are very hard to predict and you don't know who will win until the last corner."

In his conclusion, the 22-year-old predicted that Zarco, currently active in the Moto2 class, is destined for great things in the MotoGP.

"Zarco is a future champion, that's for sure.

"He's unbelievably impressive."
