Vettel wants to know where the money from the FIA fines is staying

It is not (yet) the season of Sebastian Vettel. The German missed the first two Grands Prix due to corona. At his season debut in Melbourne, he was forced to park his Aston Martin during practice after losing engine power.

When the session was over, Vettel drove a marshal's scooter back to the pits. Apparently the FIA stewards were not happy about this: they penalized this ride with a 5000 euro fine, because Vettel would have gone back onto the track without permission.
