Mercedes presents final Formula E car for De Vries and Vandoorne

Besides the announcement for the drivers of 2021-2022, Mercedes also presented the new car for the Formula E season on Sunday evening. This is how the new car of reigning world champion Nyck de Vries looks like.

Mercedes will start their last Formula E campaign with De Vries and Stoffel Vandoorne as the team's drivers. After this year, the FE will start a new generation of electric cars and Mercedes has already indicated that it will not participate in it. This means that 2021-2022 is the last chance for a new world title.

Mercedes does build on the success of 2020-2021, when De Vries won the world drivers' title and he and his teammate also won the constructors' world title. The Mercedes-EQ Silver Arrow 02 was already a strong weapon, but must perform even better in the new season to defend the title. Check out the images of the new car here.
