Lewis Hamilton to be more decisive in sending his technical dossiers to the Scuderia
Ferrari hierarchy, after former team principal of the Maranello outfit, Maurizio Arrivabene, criticised the documents from the British driver.
Schumacher, who backed Hamilton’s move, highlighted that it is not unusual for drivers to submit recommendations, but Hamilton should do so in a way that attracts minimal media attention.

The former Williams driver also recommended that Hamilton spend more time with his race engineer, Riccardo Adami, in order to build a lasting relationship, which he believes will be integral for the duo during the campaign.

Sergio Perez has detailed the final conversations he had with former team principal
Christian Horner during his exit from the team at the conclusion of the 2024 season.
The Mexican, who was axed from the Milton Keynes-based outfit following a run of underwhelming performances, recounted how he quizzed Horner about the team’s second driver prospects, especially after Liam Lawson failed to impress.

The 35-year-old revealed the response he received, to which he offered a humorous reaction. Perez was a teammate of
Max Verstappen between 2021 and 2024, during which he recorded five race victories and multiple podium finishes.
