After founder Adrian Campos passed away last month, there was uncertainty about the continuation of his team. Fortunately, they confirm that they will continue. The team does a lot of support in Formula 1. The team also competes in Formula 2 and 3.
The son of Adrain Campos said: "For several years, Adrián Campos Suñer had also taken steps to properly prepare a generational change which should take the helm in the near future, always supported by key people with my father’s entire confidence. Despite his passing hit Campos Racing hard, we have an organisational structure that is well-established and clear-cut.", reports MotorsportWeek.com.

Support from international investors

Adrain Campos junior goes on to say in a statement that the team is open to foreign investors. "Moreover, international investors were invited to participate in the shareholder structure, not only to strengthen the capital and avoid dependence on him but also in a commendable attempt to professionalise and secure a competitive Board of Directors. My father left the Board last year after turning 60."
Founder Adrian Campos raced a total of 21 times in Formula 1 with the Minardi team. He was also known as the discoverer of Alpine driver Fernando Alonso.
