According to the
FIA, Red Bull would have committed a minor infringement, meaning that the team was less than five per cent above the budget ceiling. Less than five per cent, incidentally, equals seven million dollars. However, the Milton Keynes-based racing stable revealed in a statement that the amounts in the report they submitted to the FIA did not exceed the budget cap.
Red Bull is going to take the time to study the
FIA's report in the coming period and will then likely return to the FIA with a set of questions. What the next course of action will then look like is anyone's guess.
