Portuguese Grand Prix was almost certainly announced. After holding a race in Portugal last year, the organisation looks to return to
Portimao. Marc Priestley discusses the addition of this circuit to the calendar extensively in his podcast.

Portimao seems certain of a new grand prix. Marc Priestley sees this as a positive. "
