Lewis Hamilton’s private collection is a mix of bespoke hypercars, vintage legends, and high-performance icons valued at well over $10 million. A short list of the most standout cars in Lewis Hamilton's private collection
Mercedes-AMG One: A plug-in hybrid hypercar powered by a modified
F1 engine and electric motors. Only 275 units exist, and Hamilton owns one.
McLaren P1: The ultra-rare hybrid from McLaren’s "holy trinity" of road hypercars; Hamilton is a proud owner.
McLaren F1 (#044): Chassis 044, matching Hamilton’s racing number, once the fastest production car in the world.
Ferrari LaFerrari & Aperta & 599 SA Aperta: Showcases his love for Ferrari, including top-tier models like the open-top Aperta and the lightweight 599.
1966 Shelby Cobra 427: A rare classic muscle car, reportedly worth around $5 million and highly collectible.
Mercedes-AMG Collection: Includes a Project One hypercar (over £2 million), AMG SLS Black, the Mercedes safety car (AMG GT R), G63 6×6, and a Maybach S600.
While he appreciates automotive artistry, Hamilton has also notably scaled back driving these high-octane machines.
With growing environmental awareness, he prefers to use electric vehicles for daily transport and reserves the supercars for special occasions.
Hamilton reveals he sold his car collection
The Ferrari driver revealed ahead of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix that he no longer has his car collection, as he admitted he is more into art right now. When asked about buying the latest F80, he said:
"I don't have any cars. I got rid of all my cars, I'm more into art nowadays."
