McLaren fastest in the pits at Silverstone
McLaren had a great weekend at Silverstone and the British team also did extremely well in terms of pit stops, finishing first and seventh. Lando Norris' pit stop was the fastest, being carried out in just 2.23 seconds. Ferrari and Aston Martin followed in second and third place respectively.
Red Bull also on top in pitstop rankings
Red Bull still leads the pitstop championship with 274. The Austrian team made the sixth fastest pit stop at Silverstone with Sergio Perez and received eight points for it. Ferrari follows in second position with 212 points. McLaren, like in the constructors' championship, has overtaken Alpine after a good weekend at Silverstone. The British team is now third with 131 points.
