Debate | Verstappen will win in Azerbaijan this season

On Sunday, the Azerbaijan Grand Prix is on the program. Charles Leclerc will start from pole position, but Red Bull Racing has the advantage of being a lot faster than Ferrari on the straights. This Saturday's thesis is simple: will Max Verstappen win on the Baku street circuit or not?
Helmut Marko already agreed: Ferrari was a bit faster in qualifying, but at the same time he indicated not to be too worried. The fact that Sergio Perez and Max Verstappen did not manage to score a first place on the grid is not too much of a disadvantage according to him.
This is mainly due to the fact that the RB18 is a lot faster than the Ferrari's on the straight. If the Red Bulls can stay close (i.e. within a second) of Leclerc in the twisty section, opportunities will glow. Yet Verstappen will also have to get past Perez and that does not seem to be a one-two punch. Perez is in top form at this stage of the season.

It's close

The bookies don't quite agree with each other. The bookies see Leclerc as the clear favorite to take the win this weekend, while major leading bookies abroad consider Verstappen the most likely. Leclerc logically follows in second place, not too far behind.
