Verstappen's GT3 team has the upper hand on Lance Stroll in qualifying

Lance Stroll’s team finished 15th in qualifying in today’s GT World Challenge Europe round at the Circuit Paul Ricard.
Pole position went to the #48 Mercedes MANN-FILTER, driven by one of Max Verstappen’s 24h Nürburgring teammates, Lucas Auer, Luca Stolz, and Maro Engel.
Max Verstappen’s team finished in eighth place with Daniel Juncadella, Chris Lulham, and Jules Gounon behind the wheel. Valentino Rossi’s BMW squad finished P11.

Is Verstappen in action this weekend?

Verstappen himself will not drive in NLS3 this weekend, as his team is in France. The Dutchman will return to the Nordschleife next weekend, where together with Lucas Auer, he will drive in the ADAC 24h Nurburgring Qualifiers. Watch NLS3 live with GPblog here!
