George Russell has secured victory at the Austrian GP GP, finishing ahead of Max Verstappen and Kimi Antonelli.
The Briton lined up in Pole Position ahead of the 71-lap race and has converted that into more important points in the F1 standings.
Opening stages of the Grand Prix saw a thrilling battle for P2 between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen, with the arch-rivals virtually side by side all the way through Lap 11. The fight was broken up, however, as Ferrari opted for the three-stop strategy and pitted the Briton.
The pair battled again on Lap 23, with Verstappen getting the overtake done for P3 on Hamilton with a daring move at Turn 6.

25 laps in, a VSC came out with Carlos Sainz' Williams stopped on track with a suspected electrical issue - terrible timing for Antonelli, who pitted just moments before the VSC was deployed and emerged back out in P5 behind Charles Leclerc.
Just over halfway, Verstappen, the fastest man on track, was hunting Russell down for the lead. After the last set of pit stops with around twenty laps to go, Verstappen, now on fresh hard tyres, took on the task of cutting Russell's 11 second lead, but it was not to be.
The Dutchman instead had to withstand heavy pressure from Antonelli for P2, finishing just 0.3s ahead of the Italian.
Rounding out the second row was McLaren's Oscar Piastri. Isack Hadjar's P6 another helpful haul of points for Red Bull, ahead of Lando Norris in P7.
It was a poor race day for Ferrari - both Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc were put onto a three-stop strategy, ultimately finishing P5 and P8 having started from P2 and P3, respectively.

Racing Bulls duo Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad made up the top 10, a solid best of the rest result for the Red Bull sister team.
