Dutch GP qualifying full results: Norris beats Russell to pole

Lando Norris’ scowl made way for his cheeky smile with a sublime turnaround for pole position at the Dutch Grand Prix.
The McLaren driver snatched top spot ahead of George Russell and Kimi Antonelli despite starting the day questioning his title chances.

Oscar Piastri ended fourth, while Lewis Hamilton recovered from a poor start to the weekend to top Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc in sixth.
Max Verstappen’s final homecoming looks set to disappoint, with him only managing seventh, just ahead of substitute teammate Liam Lawson.

Gabriel Bortoleto finished an impressive session in ninth, with Arvid Lindblad rounding out the top 10.

The biggest disappointment in Q2 came via Pierre Gasly, who failed to make it out in his heavily upgraded Alpine.
He finished 11th, just ahead of Yuki Tsunoda, who has impressed in his F1 return. Then came Nico Hulkenberg, Franco Colapinto, Esteban Ocon and Alexander Albon.

The story was much the same in Q1, with both Aston Martins failing to make it out despite their upgraded chassis and power unit.
The Cadillacs were once again the slowest, with Haas’ Ollie Bearman just ahead. Then came the Astons, with Carlos Sainz unable to celebrate his Williams renewal, only managing 17th.
