Now Red Bull have reliability issues: Perez retires from Canadian GP

Sergio Perez returns home scoreless after the weekend in Canada. The Mexican retired with engine problems. "The engine is broken. I'm stuck in gear," a disappointed Perez told his race engineer over the team radio.

The result was a virtual safety car. Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing decided to take advantage of the opportunity and make a pit stop. Carlos Sainz and Fernando Alonso, the original numbers two and three in the race, did not. Verstappen returned to the asphalt in third place.
