Listen: Norris cries together with engineer after 'unbelievable rookie year'

Lando Norris finished the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix with an eighth-place finish. The British driver just missed out on a top 10 finish in the F1 world championship but will surely come back stronger in 2020. Norris and his race engineer became emotional after their first season together.

Norris contributed 49 points in McLaren's fourth-place finish in the F1 world championship. Carlos Sainz has been one of the best drivers on the grid in 2019 and submitted 96 points as the Spaniard did enough to finish in sixth place.

Norris' race engineer described his driver as an "absolutely legend" on the radio. He couldn't hide the fact that he was crying and Norris pointed it out.
