Is the banked turn at Zandvoort a tribute to Max Verstappen?

Formula 1 will return to Zandvoort for the first Dutch Grand Prix in 35 years. The rise of Max Verstappen has significantly helped in getting this race back on the schedule. They're making some banked turns on the circuit during the renovations and one of them may well be a tribute to the Flying Dutchman.

Banking will be 33%. Verstappen's car number is 33. Coincidence? Probably not. The Orange Army will be out in force when the lights go green for the first time on Friday, and they'll stay until way past the chequered flag.
