Car presentation from Aston Martin already shows a lot of detail on the AMR22

Aston Martin was the first team to show a real car in the series of car presentations. For Craig Scarborough and Peter Windsor, this was a good time to analyse the new 2022 car.

The first car unveilings were quite a disappointment to viewers. Haas showed a computer image of the new car with not a single detail visible and Red Bull Racing made matters even worse with a copy of the show model presented by F1 at Silverstone in 2021.

For Scarborough and Windsor it was therefore a relief that Aston Martin showed a real car. The AMR22 had many details and both experts were impressed by what Aston Martin could already show. A day after the unveiling, the team even took to the track for a shakedown.

We will only see how good the car really is when all the cars come out for the first time during the winter tests, but as a technical expert Scarborough at least gives his view on the AMR22. What stands out and what is special about this car?
