Verstappen full of amazement: 'I had never seen anything like this'

Formula One is in Miami this weekend to continue the season. Yuki Tsunoda and Max Verstappen took the opportunity to drive a Swamp baby carriage for the first time. Red Bull Racing showed the footage on its YouTube channel.

A Swamp baby carriage is specially designed to race in a swamp. It was up to Verstappen to take on Tsunoda to see if the Dutchman would be able to perform well in the swamp. Afterwards, he was very enthusiastic.

"I didn’t really know what to expect from swamp buggy racing. I was shocked when I arrived because I’d never seen anything like this, it was really cool," Verstappen commented. "It’s pretty amazing to drive and it’s so different from what we are used to. With Red Bull you know you always get to do some crazy things and this is just on another level."

Friday night, the first two free practice sessions are scheduled for the Formula One weekend in Miami. Verstappen hopes to continue the good line after his glorious victory at the Imola GP and get closer to Charles Leclerc again in the world championship.
