Lewis Hamilton has once again voiced concerns about Ferrari’s internal structure, as tensions rise within Maranello over a disappointing 2025 season that has yielded no wins and mounting scrutiny on key personnel, reports suggest.
According to Corriere della Sera, Ferrari's 2025 season, which was supposed to bring in titles, has unravelled into frustration, as team principal Frederic Vasseur himself admitted, and blame shifting.
The journal further accuses the Frenchman, who's position is once again under fire in Italian media, of trying to pin the blame on the drivers, deflecting responsibility for the SF-25's shortcomings and flaws, which have resulted in a rather painful lack of competitiveness.
Ferrari's descent into P4 in the Constructors' standings seems to be a certainty, with Mercedes and Red Bull making strides, the Scuderia appears to have become stuck with how to extract their challenger's estimated potential.

Furthermore, tension is building within the team, the report suggests, ahead of the 2026 F1 season's regulations overhaul.
Hamilton is believed to have sent another report to Ferrari's top brass, repeating his call for changes in methodology and on track operations.
The seven-time world champion's observations have gone unheard, with alleged insiders claiming Ferrari's managerial approach is too centralised and rigid.

Despite counting on earlier support from deputy team boss Jerome D'Ambrosio and technical director Loic Serra, trackside coordinator Matteo Togninalli has come under fire once again, the Italian journal's report indicates.

It is he the Ferrari staff member with whom Vasseur's alleged post-qualifying for the Singapore GP altercation would have taken place. According to the report, this weekend's United States Grand Prix weekend will serve as yet another test for the Italian engineer.

Ferrari can't seem to turn a corner in 2025 astension deepens

With the team under scrutiny and their performances not giving any reason to hope for a turn around, Vasseur's administration has once again come under fire, for the second time this season.
Furthermore, Charles Leclerc, due to his unrelenting criticism of the SF-25, would have angered the team's engineers, given the fact they're already under incredible amounts of pressure.
