Toto Wolff has opened up about his mental health. This is a topic that he believes needs to be better discussed in society. Now, the Austrian team boss says he is comfortable in his skin, something that was not the case before.
"The words depression and anxiety, they are twin brothers. All of that is connected, but nobody talks about it enough. These days I have no insecurity about myself. I don't see myself as powerless at all," the Mercedes team boss told BBC Radio 4.

Wolff continued: "I felt that when I suffered from these symptoms in the past. I felt that people who performed well did not have that, and that made me suffer even more. That's why I thought, 'I'm not going to be able to be the best at what I do because I have those bad moments.'"
We know that Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton also always puts strength into making social issues discussable within society. Earlier, Wolff spoke about his special bond with the seven-time world champion. Check out what he said about that here.
