Mercedes boss Toto Wolff has revealed that Red Bull team boss Christian Horner is 'livid' with the new 2019 aero rule changes. The FIA announced that the regulations would be changed for next season with the aims of aiding overtaking through simplification of aero rules.
With Red Bull's primary strength being taken away for next season, the Bull's boss was less than impressed during the F1 strategy group meeting.
“I haven’t seen (Horner) that livid,” Wolff told Sky Sports.
“It seems to be upsetting them massively. I don’t know why for us it was a 50-50 decision.
“We wanted to be supportive of the work that’s been done and the direction looks correct.”
