Change in weather conditions for the 2024 Bahrain Grand Prix

The Formula 1 season kicks off with the 2024 Bahrain Grand Prix. Normally a guarantee of sunshine, but the recent F2 test was a washout. What is the weather forecast for this weekend?

The Formula 2 winter test didn't go to plan. Heavy rain hit the track in Bahrain, where you usually expect only sunshine and wind gusts. This caused problems during the test. In fact, the teams had a new car to test for this year.

The Formula 1 teams and drivers were spared those problems. Weather.com reports that the three days of F1 action will see dry weather. During the evening, it is expected to be 18c for the Grand Prix. The chance of rain sits at 0%. However, there is a change in weather conditions for the race.

On Thursday, there was a strong wind. On Friday, that wind decreased slightly to 30km/h. It will drop almost completely to 10 km/h on Saturday.
