After not running in Q1 because of a mechanical issue, Sebastian Vettel admitted he doesn't know what exactly went wrong with his SF-90, as he couldn't set a time on Saturday afternoon, meaning he'll start from the back of the grid.
During his out lap, the German reported air blowing through his cockpit, suggesting and MGU-K failure. As of right now, it's still not confirmed what the issue is exactly. What is confirmed is that Vettel won't be able to put his Ferrari on pole position, as he did last season.
"It would've been nice to explore the car. he told Ziggo Sport after his short afternoon.
"I had a good feeling this morning so yeah... shame."
When asked what exactly happened in the SF-90, Vettel admitted he isn't sure yet, as he hadn't been back to the garage when being interviewed.
