Max Verstappen openly wondered during the press conference after qualifying for the Japanese Grand Prix whether he was actually allowed to say "poop" or not.

Verstappen does not want to get into trouble during the press conference in Japan

Verstappen was asked how it felt on the circuit when the car was driving exactly as he wanted, and what his feeling was in the cockpit. "Where you want it? The sensation? Well, I'm happy that I'm first. I mean, maybe if you want to drive the car, I can give it a go," Verstappen said."I think you're going to poop your pants – is that allowed to say that in the press conference? It’s not easy, but we clearly found a drivable balance. I tried to do the best I could, but around here you need to be very committed, especially in Sector 1," the Dutchman said after qualifying.
With a stunning lap time in Q3, Verstappen was the fastest of the entire field, and he will start the Japanese Grand Prix on Sunday from P1. The race starts at 08:00 and can be followed live on the GPblog site, along with all developments around Formula 1.
