Verstappen gutted he couldn't get in the "train" on the straight for a tow

Red Bull Racing star Max Verstappen felt gutted after qualifying in Azerbaijan for not being able to get a tow around the circuit, as he thinks it would've shaved several tenths off his time as he qualified fourth.
Verstappen topped the timesheet in Q2 and set himself up nicely for Q3, especially since Charles Leclerc and Pierre Gasly weren't competing in it. He eventually finished fourth, although his second run looked promising when it started. He lost it in the final sector, however, as he explained how much time you lose if you don't have a slipstream.
"The lap itself was good but I was gutted I couldn't get a slipstream," Verstappen reacted to Ziggo Sport.
"I lost two-and-a-half tenths in the last sector. Valtteri didn't have a slipstream in the first run and he did in the second run so you can see the difference.
"It's disappointing. We could've done more if we would've gone with their little train but it is what it is. Fourth place, I've done everything I can, so anything can happen tomorrow."
