Lance Stroll will have to start the Mexican Grand Prix from the pit lane. Aston Martin has made changes to the Canadian's Formula 1 car under parc fermé rules, depriving him of his 17th starting position on the grid.

Stroll from the pits in Mexican Grand Prix

Stroll has been trailing since Friday at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez and was unable to get the setup of his AMR23 to his liking. In qualifying on Saturday, he recorded a 17th time, which meant he was stranded in Q1 already.
The Silverstone-based F1 team opted to work on that set-up, but as the parc fermé rules came into force after qualifying, it means Stroll will have to start the race from the pit lane.
