Lance Stroll is happy to remove Williams’ points drought but remained critical of the pace in his car.
Stroll finished 8th, 12.5 seconds behind the leader in a bunched up pack due to the final safety car. The Canadian moved up 3 places from his qualifying position in 11th.
“It was a crazy race, so much happened. I am pretty happy with the race,” said Lance.
“But we can’t assume this pace will carry on to Barcelona, we have to understand our issues and keep working.”
Sauber also scored some points in Baku meaning Williams still remain at the foot of the constructors' championship.
