Sainz "wouldn't rule out" Hamilton driving for Ferrari

Carlos Sainz warns fans not to rule out the chance of Lewis Hamilton moving to current rivals Ferrari. Hamilton's contract at Mercedes got extended in the summer and will run out in 2020.

Hamilton has been at Mercedes since 2013 having started his career in the McLaren garage. In an interview on as.com, Sainz tells us not to rule out a future Hamilton-Ferrari partnership.

"The option of Hamilton to Ferrari I would not rule it out because you listen to any F1 driver and it is obvious that running in Ferrari has to be something very So I would not be surprised," Sainz said.

If such thing was to happen, we'd expect Sebastian Vettel to make a swap to Mercedes. If the cars stay at similar levels to 2018, then we'll really see who's the better driver.
