Nico Rosberg has stepped down from his management role as part of Robert Kubica's management team. Rosberg had helped Kubica's return to the sport and search for a team for the 2018 season, with the Pole ending up as Williams' reserve driver.
The working relationship between the two has now come to an end with Kubica having found a role at a team and Rosberg continuing his own adventures outside of the sport.
Kubica, in an interview with Motorsport.com, said that due to other commitments for both men, the working relationship is now at an end.
"We did have a close work together at the end of last year, and we are in a good relationship, but for now, because in the end I am doing what I am doing and he is very busy and he has his family, let's say we are not working as close as we were last year.
"But we are still in touch. It is just that this period was very intense and now it's a completely different situation."
