Robert Kubica has said that he felt very uncomfortable in his car during the Azerbaijain Grand Prix. The Williams driver crashed at turn 8 during qualifying in a weekend which was full of disappointment for Williams. George Russell has an incident with a drain cover in FP1 causing great damage to his car. The Pole has confirmed that the Williams is still very difficult to drive.
"It's very uncomfortable to race in," Kubica said to grandprix.com. "I almost drove into the wall at the start, because the car was pretty uncontrollable when braking."
"It's a miracle that I finished the race with so little grip," he is quoted by Algemeen Dagblad newspaper. "The team has to work hard to solve the problems with this car."
Williams have really been struggling this season and will hope that they can put the events of Baku behind them.
