Raikkonen the hero in Italy with charity action during his holiday

Kimi Raikkonen already has a cult status in Formula 1, but he honoured his image during a holiday in Italy. There, he came into action for a dog in need.

Raikkonen is on holiday in Tuscany with his wife Mintu and the children. However, the Finn had to take action during his holiday. In passing he saw a dog locked in a warm car.

Gino Rosato's Instagram account shows a video of Kimi and his daughter visiting the dog. According to the Ferrari employee who worked alongside Kimi for years, Kimi would have thrown away his ice cream in order to fill his bowl with water. In this way he was able to provide the dog with water through the small crack.

The video earned Raikkonen a lot of praise. The owner of the dog does not fare so well in the reactions, because who would leave their dog locked in a hot car?
