Problems with battery for Magnussen during VT1

Kevin Magnussen had problems with the battery of his Haas car during the first free practice. That's why the 27-year-old Dane only raced six laps this morning in Spielberg.

Magnussen was the only one of the twenty drivers who didn't set a time. Haas added a new battery to his car. Since it is only the second one, the Dane is not punished. This afternoon Magnussen hopes to report during the second free practice, as several journalists report on Twitter.

His teammate Romain Grosjean finished the first practice with 1:06.446. During the first training was mainly experimenting for the drivers, the second training could become very important.
