Perez follows Verstappen's example and opts for Austrian colours

Besides Max Verstappen, Sergio Perez has also designed a special helmet for the Austrian Grand Prix. The Mexican has chosen a design with the colours red and white.

Verstappen already presented his new helmet prior to this weekend's GP at the Red Bull Ring and his teammate at Red Bull Racing will also be seen wearing a different helmet this weekend. Perez posted two photos of his new design on his Twitter account.

The helmet is dressed in the colours of the Austrian flag. The Mexican colours that are normally seen on Perez's helmet have been exchanged for the red and white of the Austrian flag. On top of the helmet the Mexican flag can still be seen, but in this edition a much smaller share for his native country.
