Norris calls 2025 'the most important year'

Joseph spoke about his and Norris' work relationship, saying, "Our relationship is more about communication on track. It's about when we're outside making the decisions."

He admitted that part of it was how Norris was feeling during the session.

When discussing how quickly Norris always has to be going, he said, "No, you definitely never stop, and especially this year, the most important year, there's probably more that we're learning now than almost in the past at times."

Continuing on about his relationship with his race engineer, he said, "Like Will said, the communication is also something that has to do with strategy, to do with your approach to the weekend, and that changes every single time."

Norris added, "You always have to be ready for whatever comes at you, whatever I might be feeling on track, whether that's more comfortable or less comfortable."
