Max Verstappen takes the lead of the race at Imola with daring overtake

At the start of the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, polesitter Oscar Piastri got a good start, with Max Verstappen having a more discreet laungh of the line, that didn't stop the Dutchman, however, from taking the race lead.

Going into Tamburello, Verstappen launched around the outside, with a decisive and determined move that gave him the inside line into the second part of the corner.

On the exit Verstappen made his car as wide as possible to take over the lead.

Charles Leclerc is a man on a mission, having started P11, the Monegasque driver is already up in P9.
