Lewis Hamilton "super excited" for Moto GP event with Valentino Rossi

Lewis Hamilton has said that he is "super excited" about the potential opportunity to test a MotoGP bike as part of a sponsors event in December. Monster Energy, who sponsor both Hamilton and Valentino Rossi, are holding the event at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit which will see the two racers swap equipment and go out for a few laps.

“I am super excited by it,” said Hamilton to MotorsportWeek.com. “I’ve been riding bikes for the last couple of years, I’ve only done three days on track, but they have been incredible and I am always watching MotoGP.

Rossi will also get to go in Hamilton's Mercedes and has some experience in F1 cars after testing for Ferrari just over 10 years ago.

It should be a great day and it will be interesting to see how the two racing legends get on in each other's vehicles!
