Lando Norris and Lewis Hamilton "look forward" to racing each other in the future

Lando Norris is hoping that Lewis Hamilton will continue racing in Formula 1 so that the two can race each other. At the Austrian Grand Prix, the two went wheel-to-wheel and Norris stood up to the test. The McLaren driver wants more opportunities to prove himself against the best.

“That’s something I would like, to be able to fight against Lewis,” Norris told Sky Sports News.

Norris has had a really impressive debut season in Formula 1 and will hope to continue to improve and fight at the top of the grid before too long.

Hamilton is equally as excited to race the youngsters and looks set to stay in the sport for a while.

“Lando’s progression is incredibly impressive,” said Hamilton.

The British representation at the top flight of motorsport is incredible and it looks likely that another British World Champion is set to become a reality in the future.
