Kimi Raikkonen has been brutally honest with his assessment of the season so far. The Finn believes that his team, Alfa Romeo, should be higher up the constructor's championship as he feels that they have the speed to compete with the midfield.
"The track in Montreal should suit us but to be honest so far this season not a lot went according to plan," the 2007 F1 champion said to Inside Racing ahead of the Canadian GP.
"I hope we’ll get the tyres working and then we should be able to get the full potential out of the car.
"Ninth in the Constructor’s Championship is definitely not where we should be."
Raikkonen will hope that things start to improve for his team and that he can climb up the championship rankings.
