Full results qualifying Qatar | Hamilton too fast for Verstappen

It was exciting who would run away with pole position at the new Qatar circuit, but Lewis Hamilton managed to grab P1. He was faster than both Max Verstappen and Valtteri Bottas .
Sergio Perez will start the race from P11. The Mexican was unable to make it to Q3. The gap between Verstappen and Hamilton was half a second, but Pierre Gasly caused a yellow flag in sector three.
Nevertheless, Gasly had a good session for AlphaTauri with P4. Fernando Alonso , Lando Norris , Carlos Sainz , Yuki Tsunoda , Esteban Ocon and Sebastian Vettel complete the top ten in Qatar.
