Ferrari shares footage of enthusiastic Hamilton: 'I can't wait!'

On Monday, Lewis Hamilton experienced his first day at Ferrari. The Scuderia took to the social media platform TikTok, to show off how the seven-time world champion spent his first few moments as a new Ferrari driver.

Having to wait the entire 2024 season, fans were hungry for Hamilton's arrival in Maranello. It was already announced early on in 2024 that the Briton would make the switch, but before he could, he had to finish out his Mercedes contract.

Hamilton took his first steps into the Ferrari headquarters, and the tifosi everywhere went wild. Both Ferrari and Hamilton shared multiple glimpses into his first day.

Ferrari published a video on TikTok showing Hamilton's introduction to his new team. In it, Hamilton said how excited he was to start: "I have been waiting for this day forever, so I'm really really happy. I'm excited to meet everybody. I can't wait to start and get going."
