The Formula One will no longer have interviews on the podium with the top three drivers, but will instead do those interviews on the grid, the second the drivers get out of their car.
Before this change, drivers had the chance to go to the 'cool down room', to, well, cool down. This is needed as the body of a driver is full of adrenaline after a race, and a moment of peace can help the drivers collect their thoughts and composure when they get interviewed after.
This new idea should spark some less politically correct comments from the drivers, as they get a microphone shoved in their face as soon as they take off their helmets. This was the case in Baku, but besides an ecstatic Sergio Perez, there wasn't much spectacle or adrenaline in the comments of Lewis Hamilton or Kimi Raikkonen.
This will be the new interviewing formula from now on, so let's hope it was the right decision!
