F1 weather update: dry or wet qualifying? Also the race is at risk!

Heavy rain during the morning of the quali day, will the situation improve for the session or it'll be worse? Let's discover the weather forecast for the weekend
Yesterday's free practice showed how FIA weather forecast is reliable, in fact the FP1 was dry and the FP2 was in a wet and dry condition as we predicted in the last update. For today the weather forecast has changed completely with great news. Will the Dutch GP qualifying be wet?

Saturday and sunday weather forecast

During the FP3 and the qualifying, following FIA datas, we won't see any rain. In fact for the FP3 the risk of rain is about 20% with low temperatures. The track temp will not go over 29°C and the air one will be about 19 degrees. The thing that worries the most is the wind speed that could go to 40 kph.
A great shower hit the track this morning, considering the air and track temp the risk to see a wet FP3 is high even if it won't rain.
For the qualifying we will assist to similar conditions of FP3, track temp between 25 and 30 degrees, air temperature of 20°C. The speed incoming from the sea will be on average at 20-30 kph but will have peaks of 50 kph
Tomorrow's race will be also cloudly without rain, but the track will be probably wet due the 60% of chance of rain in the previous hours. Track temperature and air temperature will also be exactly the same of qualifying and also the wind won't go over 40kph
