After a chaotic Grand Prix in Melbourne, Max Verstappen has lost his streak of consecutive days leading the drivers' standings. That now belongs to Lando Norris, who won the race.
It was the McLaren driver who could cross the finish line in first place, and therefore is leading the championship ahead of the Dutchman. Andrea Kimi Antonelli managed to score his first points, and was the only rookie to finish inside the Top 10. Nico Hulkenberg scored more points today than Sauber did the entire previous season, while Alexander Albon is in P4.
UPDATE: Later on, the stewards reversed their decision after Mercedes' 'Right to Review' submission. Therefore, Antonelli ends up scoring the 12 points instead of Albon.
