After 
Red Bull Racing 's insane result at the 
Imola Grand Prix, the team is much closer to 
Ferrari in the constructors' championship. 
McLaren also picks up important points with 
Lando Norris' podium finish.
Red Bull closing in on Ferrari
Red Bull's reliability problems caused a slow start to the season, but after 
Ferrari's dramatic race in 
Imola, the team of 
Max Verstappen and 
Sergio Perez is picking up a lot of points. With the first one-two since 2016 and Verstappen's maximum number of points, Red Bull is now only eleven points away from first place in the constructors' championship.
Red Bull is also overtaking Mercedes for second place. 
George Russell drove an excellent race with a P4 finish, but 
Lewis Hamilton finished outside the points. Mercedes is now 36 points behind Red Bull.
With 
Lando Norris' third place, 
McLaren almost doubles its points in the championship. The team jumps from 24 to 46 points. Aston Martin gained its first points of the season after the P8 and P10 of 
Sebastian Vettel and 
Lance Stroll.
